You can
1 Use it as a body material on big flies or spilt on small ones
2 Para posts
3 Chopped up it makes a decent dubbing.

Hawker a para post is the material around which a hackle is wound when tying a parachute dry fly.

Check out thhis link for instructions for how to tie a parachute fly.

You may well find it beneficial to see if there's a branch of the The FDG near you, & if you're able to go to the British Fly Fair International this weekend.

Its ok for dubbing for wets, but you will better of using natural fur for dries.
