Any fly tying clubs in Edinburgh ??

Hi all.
Looking for fly tying clubs in the Edinburgh area to keep me occupied over the winter. Any info welcomed. Bob

Not aware of any clubs, but I know that Country Life (?), that shop out dalry road, used to do fly tying classes of an evening. Sorry for the vague info. Can't even remember the name of the shop positively, and been ages since I've been there, but might be worth looking into.

The shop at penicuik is doing fly tying lessons. I think it's called fishers, give them a call.

Try going to The FDG & check out the branch network for Scotland, there is one near Edinburgh

Many thanks, as suggested i checked out the FDG web site and it seems that The Slateford Bowling Club Lanark Rd Edinburgh has a connection. I will pop in when possible.
