Default A 'Big Up' for Phil, Fly Tying Boutique

I'm not usually someone who comes on to the forum to laud suppliers ... but I'm going to make an exception.

I'm not going to say how wonderful Phil's order turn-around is ... but it's very, very good ... but what I am going to say is ... thank you for stocking and supplying 'stuff' that is out of the ordinary.

Being someone who has more materials than the average outlet, I'm often forced to buy things I 'need' from Europe or the US. However, I'd like to congratulate Phil for stocking Hends products - great if you're into you're Czech Nymphing - and more recently Midge Saddles for those of us who tie in the smaller sizes.

So, thanks Phil, appreciated.

I put my order in for a CCG kit late on Wednesday. It was waiting for me at work Thursday morning.

Very impressive. I will be buying from Phil again

Interesting, LH, that you buy some of your stuff from the US.

At least one American Friend of mine buys stuff from Phil, particularly a certain type of Hook, I believe.

Paced my first order with Phil during the week but had bought from him before through friends when they were ordering I just added my order with them. After placing a plea on here about the availability of small partridge feathers Phil came up with the goods and would accept nothing for them.
What I liked about Phil was he took time out to get to know you and asked your opinion on some products, he apologized that he would not make the last post as it left in fifteen minutes but would make sure it went first thing. My packet of goodies arrived faster than a speeding bullet. I found his service very personnel and liked his easy going manner. I am in no way connected to Phil and would recommend him to anyone

Phil deserves all the praise he gets, its like the fly tiers fly tying shop
Like LH said some stunning good products hooks etc that can not be found anywhere else. How he does it all is beyond me.
Speedy service, fantastic products and a good bloke to boot.

And a link for anyone unsure:-

Fly Tying Materials, Fly Tying Equipment, Fly Fishing, Fly Tying – Fly Tying Boutique

No connection with Phil other than being a very satisfied customer.
