Hook-sz 10 b175
Tail-Bronze mallard,
Body-Claret seal fur with a wee bit of claret glister mixed through,
Rib-Orange holo counterwound with fine copper wire,
Throat hackle-Claret metz hen,
Wing-Bronze mallard,
Head hackle-Greenwells hen dyed burnt orange.

very nice fly. But its very different from a mallard and claret so to call it a variant, i am not so sure.
