Materials required - where from?

[Cumbrian]

I would like to try and tie some of the flies featured in the River Academy - Small Streams Trout Fishing DVD.

I'm sort of a couple of materials, but finding it especially difficult to source the
Light Orange Polypropylene Yarn (Listed but Out-of-Stock in two suppliers that I have found).

Also, what would be the best cape/saddle to supply me with decent (Grizzle) Body Hackles (and tail hackles). I have a good Whiting dry fly saddle but these may be a little fine for body hackles.

I also need the Fly-Rite No. 16 dubbing (Chartreuse) but there are several suppliers listing this. What would be the Semperfli equivalent of Chartreuse?
