Default Taser flies for Charity

Most of you who have been to the BFFI or the Spring fly fair will have seen me using Taser wire, the wire that carries the electrical charge from the taser gun to the intended target. It is a thin copper wire with a bluish plastic coating.
At the Spring show, Caroline and I tied and sold flies with Taser wire and also sold small packs of the wire. all the proceeds (£225) went to Help for Heroes.
This year we are doing it again but have changed the fly pattern and this time Caroline is tying a lot of the flies. we have chosen a simple pattern and will include tying instructions in each packet. I'm hoping to get my hands on a lot more taser wire this year and if I do will make it avaialble on this forum, again with all proceeds going to charity. This year we are supporting "Fishing for Heroes" which directly puts disabled and disavantaged ex service men on the water with a rod.

This is what Caroline knocked out this weekend

Hope you like them

Chris
Just realised you gave me some at Newark , i will have to have a go at using it this week.
Carolines tying is getting better and better each time i see her patterns, you must be working her to death.
When you come to Galway put me down for a donaton to Help for Heroes
