Default Split saddle - two colour supplier ?

Does anyone know of a supplier that sells split saddles?

Chartruese grizzle one side and grizzle the other.

Maybe something like a Metz #2 for palmering lures?

Thanks.

im sure theres someone but if you cant find a supplier buy a grizzle and veniards dye and do it yourself mate.. dont boil the bath to hot or the skin will shrink alot, it doesnt damage the feathers just unflattens the skin or pluck a load of then dye

Christina of FeatherBenders, Hackles for Fly Tying has done this sort of thing in the past, might be worth a call.

arkle, thanks for the link, yes they do split capes.

Taking into consideration the cost, for my level of tying, I think I'd be better off getting two grade #2's from tackle and tying for £19 each.

Same goes for the dying, by the time I buy the dye etc I may just as well buy two capes.

Thanks again for the help guys.
