This is Davie McPhail's Sparse Midge. I copied it from his youtube video a while ago and it has caught me and my friends a good few fish.

Thread - UTC 70 Black
Cheeks - Orange Goose Biots
Thorax Cover - UTC Mirage Medium
Breathers - White Marabou
