Thanks guys Twas a particulary moody day on Malham Tarn... for more reasons than just the weather. The day got off to a bleak start when Wee Jimmy slipped on the boathouse steps and did allsorts of untold damage to ligaments and things in his wee legs! Still, the ambulance was there quick sharp (a little toytown one) so we bundled him off to A&E and got on with the job of worrying the beasts of the Tarn....

The light wasn't great most of the day, but as so often happens at a resonable altitude, breaks appear in the cloud and transform a dark flat landscape into a photographers dream... as ususal, luck rather than judgement sees you clear to a decent shot or two... fire the shutter enough, and bracket a bit, and Bob's yer uncle.

The two jokers in the boat are Col (Cap'n Fishy) and (Alex) Midlander.
