Hi there sorry i wasnt to sure were to put this seeming its not a new peice of equipment but a old one. If its in the wrong place im sorry

Anyway i wanted to talk about the Dancia composite fly reel and see other fisherman's opinion on it. I have owned this reel for what must be coming on 6 years now and i have never had any problems infact its holding up so well i have never even thought about replacing it!!

Build quality

The build quality on this is not a work of art by any means however it is very tidy and durable and being made of plastic wont have many problems with rusting etc so i would give the build quality 9/10

Performance

well what can i say about the performance of this reel its never let me down the drag is easy as pie to set by just turnign the silver screw in the middle of the reel to slacken or tighten the drag it couldnt be easier and with it being a WIDE AMBER reel the line has larger coils which helps reduce memory which helps the performance of the line .

Value for money

Well as previously stated i bought this reel about 6 years ago now so back then i think i paid mabe £35 with which i got 2 spare spools so we can safely say the value for money is brilliant also spare spools for the reel are round about £11ish which is handy if you have more than one floating line or sinker etc
