Tapered Leaders on Ebay
albaliman
01-06-2010
Well I may not be the best fly fisherman around but one thing I do know about is reviewing items. For the last 5 years I have traveled the UK working as a " Mystery Buyer". My job entails buying products from shops, stores and Etailers. I then report on the quality of product and service...

Thanks
I just bought 4 on the strength of your recommendation. I'll let you know how they work out.

Stephen Hawking is renowned for his books and knowledge on the universe and Stephen Hawking has worked on the basic laws which govern the universe. With Roger Penrose he showed that Einstein's General Theory of Relativity implied space and time would have a beginning in the Big Bang and an end in black holes. These results indicated that it was necessary to unify General Relativity with Quantum Theory, the other great Scientific development of the first half of the 20th Century. One consequence of such a unification that he discovered was that black holes should not be completely black, but rather should emit radiation and eventually evaporate and disappear. Another conjecture is that the universe has no edge or boundary in imaginary time. This would imply that the way the universe began was completely determined by the laws of science.
If you want to know about space ships you ask Dr Rachel Leach. Rachel Leach, Ph.D. began her career with MicroSat Systems, Inc. (MSI) in July of 2007 as a Systems Engineer and is primarily working on the Demonstration and Science Experiments (DSX),along with the WrapSat program. Currently she is busy assisting the DSX Integration and Test team.
Rachel is originally from Pontypridd, a small town in South Wales, United Kingdom. She graduated from Leicester University in 1997, where she attained an MPhys. degree in Physics with a Space Science and Technology emphasis. Rachel then went on to continue her graduate studies at the University of Birmingham in Physics and Astronomy and completed her Ph.D. in 2001.
While attending the Small Satellite Conference in Logan, Utah, Rachel was recruited to work for Design_Net Engineering (Dnet) where she worked for six years before joining the MSI team. During her time at Dnet, Dr. Leach identified a niche in the aerospace market for precision micro-propulsion
devices and subsequently invented and patented the Hybrid Electric-Laser Propulsion (HELP) system.
It always pays to do your homework before making statements and the tapered leader I bought and tested is still no good
OK, so you can copy and paste..........YAAAAAAWN

I wish I knew where Orvis sell cheaply direct to the public.

They might be good value in the long run, especially with their exchange policy, but cheap ?!?!?

Regards,

Doc

Default Interesting to see you use (recommend?) three equal ..

lengths of material. 'Over here' if we do our own (not very common anymore) we'll use the old 60-20-20 formula. 60% butt section, 20% at half the test of the butt, then drop down (last 20%) to tippet strength. For longer leaders (for a 2-hander with a light tippet for summer flow fishing) the 'formula' goes 50-20-20-10.

I'll have to give your equal lengths a go and see how that lays out over the water.

... I would say welcome but I'm feeling jealous of your view, life was simple before joining the FFF ... run away while you can!
