Default Hmmmmm ? Postal probs 'again'?

Without going into too much detail.... I have yet to recieve payment for items sent in good faith to a couple of members on this forum.... As I'm continually finding stuff I dont want and passing it on... apart from 'obviously' the free stuff... I shall await payment first... Please dont take this personal.

The post can be best described is a little sporadic at the moment and according to Radio 4 this morning it could get worst as the postal workers are calling for a national strike ballot. Happy Days

I heard on the radio that the backlog of letters at the Northampton depot will have to be destroyed as they will never be able to clear it.

If this is true, it's a disgrace

I wouldn't have thought they are legally allowed to.

The Radio need to check their facts as this will never happen. Typical media reporting on something that they know nothing about.

Default Northampton Office

I picked up a package from the Northampton sorting office this evening.
They have a small backlog of parcels but nothing of the magnitude indicated above

And no, they would not be permitted to destroy any items.
