Following on from MrTrout's offer, I bought a pair of Ex-Officio flats trousers last month at Sportfish in the Small size (30-32" waist) which USED to fit me.
It has a stretchy waist so fits but it's uncomfortable, so anyone who wants it, first to say "I'll have it" it's yours.
It's very light, so it'll stuff in a normal envelope for first class delivery.
