yep and I'm another builder! its been like a busman's holiday out there for me over the last few years not only keeping up the cottage but also building the bungalow and when I say building it I mean every block,floor,door plaster,cut roof,tiling, plumbing and electrics only thing i didn't do was fit the windows.
don,t want to buy 4 building plots in Cornwall with fpp by any chance
