Passed the canal on the way home, bright sun flat calm, tons of Roach popped home grabbed the 9' 3 weight..............1 lb line and my box for Roach flys..............

A new PB for me caught 10 Roach, best easily as big as my hand really bent the 3 weight !

I caught on all the above flys biggest Raoch fell to the large size 16 blood worm, most fish fell to the size 18 red marabou fly.

Whilst sight casting at a shoal of Roach i saw fry jumping........and a small perch about 4" worrying them ! A well cast 18# red marabou fly got his attention and he turned zoomed in and nailed it ! Blooming brilliant fun !!
