Fly Fish Florida is on a distinguished road
Default Peacock & Large Mouth Bass action of South Florida 11-11-09

The good bite continues in many of the canal's of South Florida! The bite in the Everglades to the north is starting to turn on as well as water levels are dropping.


This past week picked up where it left off at with some very good catches for peacock bass but the largemouth bass and Oscar bite have joined in as well. The only hold up was the extremely high winds which have finally come down.

Even the fly's were working well!

I head back down to Brazil December 4.

Just a footnote that the bite in the Everglades should only get better as water levels continue to drop.
