Does anyone know of any Carp 'On the Fly' fisheries?

Is it a case of asking managers of Coarse Fisheries, containg Carp, if I can fish for them using flies and fly rod?

i believe angel of the north 'bowes lake' allows fly fishing for the carp during july and august
