Yes there are lots of people who fish for coarse fish in Northampton, suggest you contact one of the local clubs depending where you want to fish, as virtually all rivers are controlled by local angling associations and you dont want to just turn up and fish on water that you are not entitled to do so on!

Craig try THe Sportsmans Lodge in Kingsthorpe Hollow Barrack rd northampton
or the tackle shop in Earls Barton they sell tickets for the Nene in that area

Cmon lads dont encourage him hes no intention of going coarse fishing , he will be asking for tackle next . hes probably sitting staring at the screen just know thinking of which silly question to ask next

Went down the river to THANKS. got one chub on the fly but lost it because the line got stuck on a bit of a bush
