What fly did you use?

I've seen quite a few chub, but without any sort of reliable scale in the photo's it's difficult to be exact. Easily over 2lB... probably in the region of 3lB to 3½lB... unless you've got really huge hands, in which case 4lB or more isn't entirely out of the question

Fly was a version of goldhead red tag. Also good dry fly for chub. Saw the fish it was a bit too deep for dry fly so let the fly sink down to it.
