Number 2 for me! I love White and red patterns, simply because I have caught the most pike with them

Click the image to open in full size.Yes the chartreuse sounds good,most of them have not seen the water yet,out today conditions very good for a change west breezewater 8c,8 pike avg 13lb.The Pink & white fished over 8ft water was the best.Click the image to open in full size.

What is the hairy material called? Been looking for some but not sure what its called to google it or even if I'm looking at the right stuff when browsing fly tying sites!!
I know that some of those are tied with zonker strips but have no idea what the synthetic hair looking stuff is called!

Hi Euan,if you type in Piketrek to Google you will find the site Piketrek you will see all the hairy materials ,threads,etc.Speak to Greg there the owner he is very helpfull.
