Just had an hour on the fly rod would of stayed longer but had to get home

















The fish weren't massive but the smile on my face was

Well done I had to work all afternoon for my one skinny pike yesterday.
I would have stayed too...if I hadnt got to pick the kids up from school

One of my many local stillwaters, the good thing is its shallow average around 3' so it's ideal as there normally up for hitting a jerkbait or fly

Looks like they're lying up on the bottom, you can tell by the leeches on them, so in the shallow water that fly must be hitting them right on the nose and annoying the hell out of them. well done, probably a big girl in there somewhere
