The best thing i have found is the 99p clear pencil cases from Tesco.
You can stick a few in your pocket and you dont need to open them to see whats in side

Clear video cases. If you go to your local charity shop they'll have loads. Make them an offer to buy half a dozen videos, dispose of the film, glue some foam in the bottom, write on the spine what flies are in the box and Bob's your uncle. These will keep from being crushed and they are easy to store. Mind you, the Tesco pencil case is a good idea for a short session.
