Hi,
Had a day at the Pike with little success,a very frustrating day with fish visible loitering above chalky patches in the river.
We could see them and chuck all sorts of flies past them but the fish turned a blind eye.Maybe still a bit early and a bit warm for them to be 'turned on'.
Exciting stuff all the same with some nice big browns taking the pike flys.
Very nice to get out and away from it all on this season of plastic.
