Mind you only catch EUROPEAN Ide - if you catch one that's of asian origin they'll have to start ANOTHER category on this board!

I am here, fished a stream over the border in Germany last Sunday.
Allthough it was a good sign to finally see roach and dace in the open
water again they where not very impressed with the nymphs we
presented them.
The only fish willing to take anything where brown- and rainbow trout, I am not complaining off course.

A shredded version of my standard fly for perch, pike and trout.
Black zonker, mylar body - underbody of red wool.
The fly in the picture was a mangled one, mylar was shredded.

I am here in Adelaide, Australia. The main course fish we have here is carp and plenty of them, great fun on fly gear.

Cheers, Dave.
