Default My pike flies

These are my pike flies which I tied.

I used the last fly at Doe Park Reservoir some weeks ago and caught a pike, but lost it as well as the fly.

Nice lures mate, if you stripe them with a black waterproof marker they will make lovely perch patterns too.

I've started using Orvis Super Hair for pike flies. It seems to have a perch-like striping pattern of it's own. You can see this quite clearly on the top one of these two I tied recently:
