Default My first river pike on the fly
After a few trips with my pike outfit I finally had some success with this fish from a Wharfe weirpool. There are loads of little grayling in the river right now so I tried a roach fry imitation. The take and fight all over the weirpool were amazing, this could get addictiveClick the image to open in full size.

Thanks Danny, I've kept clicking on your pics of those lumps and thinking I've got to have some of that. Took a while to stop smiling after I'd put it back.
