Default Book find.

Came accross this at a boot sale last weekend.
The Trout and The Fly A new approach by Goddard and Clarke.
Large hardback with dustjacket, and I have to say I am enjoying reading it.
I know this is a relatively old book now, and many on here will have read it, but it's a first time for me, and I think it's really good.
Some very good basic facts, and a few I hadn't considered.
Well worth a read if you can get hold of it.

A very good book for the advancing beginner, teaches you to look at flies and presentation from the trouts perspective. A worthy addition to the collection.

I got this book when I firsted started fly fishing, came out at the right time. I remember watching "The World About Us" on BBC 2 which featured the work of Goddard and Clarke. It was subheaed "The Educated Trout".
