Default Pocket dictionary of trout flies?

Hi
Can anyone recommend a pocket guide /dictionary of stillwater trout flies? (the tied variety)
i've got "The pocket guide to trout and salmon flies by John Buckland which is ok but is a rather out of date I think. (no hoppers, cdc flies etc etc)
I've seen John Goddard's Waterside Guide but that seems to be more of a guide to identifying real flies rather than the ones tied on a hook!
Thanks
Richard
