Normally I just look not bother asking but the 1st on I asked said that it was an area they had over looked thats where I found Benjamin Perkins book and he also had a copy of Advanced Salmon Fishing by Reg Righyni but I'm not into salmon fishing. They were going to have a look to see if they have any more books on fishing and I'll try & get down and see if they have any others.

I have been buying a few books of late, and have found Amazon very competitive.
I got a copy of CRW's book Somewhere Else, for £2.98 and £2.75 delivery.
A great read if you haven't already.
I also got a copy of John Gierachs Dances With Trout, for the same price delivered from America.!!!
Took a couple of weeks to come, but when I opened it, it is signed by him inside.
Both paperbacks but well worth the money.
I have found the odd fishing book at boot sales, one by John Beer, can't remember the name off hand, but a great read for a couple of quid.

Amazon are indeed (pricewise at least) a very competative player in the book market, i just wish they would pack their books as well as Paul Morgan does.

I have managed the odd find at charity shops etc over the years, a few months ago i found a brand new copy of Richard Sheltons To Sea & Back for a mere £3 whilst not strictly a fishing book as such its an interesting account of the Atlantic Salmons life.

Just finshed At the Waters Edge,I thought it was a good read and his paintings are quite good. Started to read Trout Fishing & Trout Flies by Jim Quick an American trout fisherman it was writing in 1957 so I shall let you know what think of it.
