The book has a tasty advert on Google Books with a show of some of it's contents. Now the price of a second edition 2006 is about £28.00 from various sources.
Before spending money could I ask te forum if they have read the book and have they found it useful/interesting/enjoyable.

Looks a cracker of a book and one for my must have list.

Just got a couple of nice greenheart rods in 9' and 9'6" if anyone is interested to compliment the book.

Nemes has written two or three on this topic as far as I know, and, if you are not version specific you might be able to get a copy from the states at a good price

I have that book.
If its wet fly fishing you really are looking at the best are Roger Foggs books.
Get the new one first

Nemes is considered the guru of soft hackled flies in the States. He has three books on soft hackles and the one you refer to is his first.
The other two are:
The soft hackled fly addict
Two centuries of soft hackled flies.
All three are good library editions

Fogg's books are also good as Gary has mentioned but I think his first two books are better than his latest publications as they are more informative.
