This is a new book written by two scientists on the subject of pike. For those that don't know Mike Ladle he is a marine biologist who wrote one of the classic works on bass fishing. I've followed Mike's blogs for 2/3 years and he's been the cornerstone of the rebirth of my interest in fishing. Jerome Masters is a scientist working for the Environment Agency.

For anyone interested in pike this has to be on your bookshelf - at £19.95 it is worth every penny.

(PS Tactical seems to be an in phrase at the moment - but believe me radio tracking pike and with 8,500 individual tracked logs this gives the angler a real insight into pike... dare I say it perhaps an unfair advantage!)
