Default tales of a water bailiff

I'm dont really read alot of books but i picked this book up on ebay "tales of a water bailiff by Tom Davison"
I'm only halfway through the book but i cant put it down. Its a really funny book to read about a water ballif and some of the people he has come across through his job!
I would recommend the book to anyone who is looking for a fiction(dont know if thats the right word) type of book to read i.e not a how to do type of book.
