Default Volume 3

Payment was taken on 12th July for my copy.

Still waiting, the three week delay I was informed about means delivery should be any day now

Default Delayed publication ...

The reason given for the delay was:

We expected the book to be ready to go for print early August, which would mean we should have had our first copies from the binders in the second - third week of September.

There was a slight hold up because of a few, last minute, printers
alterations to the book. The book went to the printers on time but, it has
taken a few weeks to resolve some issues with regard to colour renderings in
the pre-print procedures. We have been assured that any delay to the
schedule will now only be a matter of about 3 weeks.

I'll drop you a PM when it arrives.
