Not sure where you live but there will be a screening of this along with some other great movies at cinema's around the country soon.

There is a thread on this.

Could be a good excuse for a meet up with mates and have a beer and watch some great films.

Its about a 40 min drive away.
If it was closer I would go for sure.

Why are you interested?
There is a lot of footage about Tasmania available but it really depends on what you are looking for.
I guided in Tasmania for 10 years before coming over here. I can tell you with a great deal of confidence that catching WILD brown trout of a large size is a rarity. A fish of 4 pounds is a great catch and there are lot's of them.
There are also some private waters (like London Lakes) that do have large fish but is costs a lot to fish them.
If you are interested in going there and fishing, I am running an escorted trip down under later this year. I can also put you onto some quality fishing. Just PM me.
In the mean time have a look at the movie but also look on www.fishiningonline.tv under Game fishing. There is a great video of the type of wild fishing you will encounter on Tasmanian lakes.

Default Yes

I have it. Its very good, not fish after fish after fish but quality fishing situations and quality fish. The production is outstanding.

I have had the pleasure of traveling around Iceland with Nick and Sylvie the directors etc. They are very into what they are doing, cant wait for the Iceland DVD.

Mine took less than a week to get to Wales from Oz. Here is where to get it:
