Thanks, yep it is nice, quality item that will be around for a lot longer than us. Measures 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" so slips into a pocket easy. Apparantly a man called John Mathers had the contract/licence to manufacture for Hardys in Canada 1980s early 90s. Mr Mathers passed away and the licence was never re-newed. I rang Hardys and they told me this. Took them an hour to find out. Mr M was old school proper leathersmith and I guess no one had his skills so it kinda faded away. Not many of these around.
