I agree. Cut the guy some slack. He only want's to sell something he doesn't like.
There are never any comments like this if it is a Snowbee,rio or any other line.

Put some Mucilin on the last 6 ft of your floating line every trip & it will float.

Keith, thats probably a bit harsh. I also use Snowbee XS and its not bad - not brilliant at all either, albeit after two years. And I doubt my next 4wt line will be a snowbee. I dont think there's a lot to choose between brands, and the support the PP and also Mike Barrio have on the forum suggest they must be doing something right. In terms of sinking, I guess a new line shouldnt but i always gink up the end of a floater, new or not. Hope that helps and good luck with whatever you use.
