Default The Ericht

This is about as close as you will get in Scotland to fishing in Jurassic park

Here are a few pics of our day.
My mate got his first salmon and i had 2 and lost three.
Unfortuently it is not the best fly water so spinners and fly were both used.
The fly did not produce anything on the day.
I hope you like the pics.

Cheers

Munro

Thanks Steve,
It is a very physical place to fish, climbing over bolders, down ladders etc but well worth it if you time it right.

Fabulous pictures Munro. Think I fished a place quite close - was it called Craig Castle? Beautiful place and a great river, thanks for posting

I had just done two weeks in caravan full of scream kids, Yvonne owed me a days fishing Colin.

I am going to sneak of in about 10 mins after a pike on the fly.
She's a good lass.

Yes indeed, fished here many a time.
One time I actually stopped fishing to watch shoal after shoal of salmon running throught the Boat pool. I have never seen anything like it before or since, it was amazing.
Quickly got a grip of myself and managed two that day
