Default Sea fish for ID

Good afternoon all

Could someone please help with the ID of this fish? they were in the lagoon at the Oysterbeds, Langstone Harbour. They were patrolling the shallows for food. I think they may be young Grey Mullet but I am not sure.

Thank you for looking.

Thank you all for your very swift answer. I believe these were hunting the small white flat fish that the Terns were getting for their chicks.
