Placed an online order the other day with DS Photolabs ( Digital photo printing made easy-Prints from 6p ) for digital photo printing for a set of large colour prints. Good quality, quick delivery and pretty cheap (55p per print for A4 size). Used the dowloadable 'Desktop Kiosk' which allows you to crop photo to exact picture size.

I've no connection to this company. It was recommended to me and I'd recommend it to others.
