My first day on the river this season nr Corwen was an enjoyable event funnily I caught more brown trout in areas that graying normally hold.
I fished Blind drys most of the day as little was rising experience teaches you to read the areas that hold fish.
Final score 15 brown trout between 12-16oz all in stunning condition. Fin perfect so they appeared not to be stocked.
Two grayling one about 8oz and this one just over 1lbs. A Magic five hours

I lost another fish that pulled away in deep water possibly a well mended kelt
