Default From the bank at Harlaw

This is from about 300 metres of bank at Harlaw near Edinburgh, which is a busy location with kids, dogs, and wildlife using the banks. Its not even all the line lying on that section of bank, and I didn't even bother with the piles of line cut into 6-inch sections that people seem to think its OK to leave on the bank.

Makes you proud to be a fisherman doesn't it!

I am not surprised but If you think thats bad you should have seen the bank at Howood about a year back, first & last time I was there I might add. I have never seen to much discarded line in one place, miles & miles of it.
Tight Lines

disgusting how are anglers supposed to gain credibility and acceptence from the general public when this kind of carelessness still goes on???
