Oyster Catcher I thought but not sure.

Only had a few hours just to get out but this brown could not resist

I will go with Mr Trout and a
say that they are Lapwing eggs

We call them peewits up here in the Shire

they are indeed oyster catchers ,heres some i took when i was at work they had nested on a spoil(waste soil,rock heap) and we couldnt touch it until they had fully developed and left
