All trout caught on the bloodworm and returned to fight another day.

Did yesterday, lost a springer about 10 lbs, gutted, strangely though, landed a grayling about 3 lbs on silver stoat single size 8!!.
Back to Drum, bar manager(no longer there!) of local pub used to fish it regularly, was always full of praise of quality and quantity of rainbows in said water.
regards
bert

The trout were hammering bloodworm My usual dry fly tactics were futile

Great Sport.

Nith is on the agenda in late May after my Knee Operation.
