Hi there,

I know this is a fly forum, however a friend of mine was fishing a carp lake in France in the summer and caught this funny Perch looking fish.

Please can anyone name it for us as we are finding it hard to learn what it is.

Think they are called Punpkinseed in america not sure if this still applies in Europe they are a type of Sun Fish
