Yes, along with brownies, rainbows, chubs and some other smaller species as well. At the moment it is a closed season (from 1st of October to 1st of April).

It is called kozolec and is primarily used to dry grass/make hay.

Hayrack - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It used to be a distinctive feature of slovene landscape, but nowdays they are disapearing due to newer forms of preserving grass etc. for animal food.
