Knew it looked familiar just wrong side of Abington, shame you blanked but beautiful setting all the same, used to fish up there very regularly in my younger days as friends had a farm at Crawfordjohn.

Looks high but clear Jim. Uncrossable or borderline?

Jim,
That looks like the Lamington stretch i fished today.
I had a bit more luck and caught some lovely Grayling and trout which were all returned.

The difference a day makes!

It all looks very similar around that area.
Dunedin burn usualy throws up a few fish.

After today i am going to try and fish that area more often, only 30 mins from me.
I usualy head north to Perth area after the Ladies, I should concentrate closer to home.

Thanks Jim, I'm glad I didn't go today. I would likely have gone to that spot too. You really will have to get NZ out of your system - Dunedin is in NZ, Duneaton is the Clyde trib.

Glasgow casting club for me tomorrow a.m. then a play with pike on the canal, hopefully.
