Default Wahooooooooo!!

Not quite a trout, but just had to show you this little beauty I had a couple of weeks back whilst detached down to Ascension Island!!
It was the only fish I had that day, and weighed in at 60 lb.
Great fight and delicious eating!!

It is indeed a Wahoo, also known as a Spanish Mackeral or a Mahi Mahi I believe, depending on which part of the world you are in!!.
As you rightly say Grayling, delicious with butter and garlic
It was about 3 miles out on a boat skippered by Rubie.
I doubt if I shall ever get back there but it was awesome!!
I wonder what fish I can get in Afghan!!
