Default Hill Loch

Went to one of my favourite hill lochs this afternoon and with the wind blowing hard and rain belting down the trout were as hungry as ever on this little gem of a loch.

18 of the residents could not resist my Olive Dabbler and my Claret Cruncher.
Here are a few of the trout all returned to fight another day

I hooked one of the larger residents but my dropper gave way .

Enjoyed my outing very much indeed.

Olive Dabbler is a great friend he catches lots of loch trout particularly in windy conditions.

Lovely weather to bring the brownies up
