I thought you might like to see some pics from the Isle of Barra (Outer Hebrides) taken during the week. I fished for a couple of hours at Loch an Duin near Northbay. Walked round it last year and saw nothing but was informed there are trout in it. So this year i went with a 9ft #5 rod and a few wet flies to see if i could get one. I was surprised to a few fish taking dries..very small browns, and also got 2 takes with a Bibio but no fish landed. Going back again in the summer for another try..with more flies this time!

fantastic beaches stick a couple of plastic palm trees up and you'd think your in the seychells ,,,,,,have too keep your wooly vest on thou....
