First brownie of the season,aprox 3lb ,little bit lean,but gave a great scrap.

them corrib fish always have that lovely dark brown hue !!!

Nice fish...any hint on the method ? shrimps pattern on an inter ?

That's a really dark brownie, are they all like that over your way? Very nice fish!

Hey G,

Are you sure 3lb?? Your net is not that big surely...i think that could be a small scope net and this is casting an illusion!! Have you any witnesses?? I won't be relying on Paddy either!

Albeit, nice fish to start the season with...we'll have to wait until next Sun before we bend into a wee brownie! (probably not as small as yours though)

Nice fish on corrib,hes close to 3lb, and i have to say if it was paddy who you were fishing with then i think you are sound for a witness,he dosent tell lies much!!

Nice fish Colin, not hard to know which side of the lough you got him. I'd say he spent a bit of time in a peat stained river over the winter. Dont see them that colour much over our side. Any way well done. I had a nice fish 2lb yesterday morning but didn't take a pic. Must bring the camera from now on.
